Visit a Farm!!

Dairy Farm School is a real dairy farm offering animal husbandry activities for school groups.

Activities range from simple "Pat the Animals", "Milk the Cows", "What does a Farmer Do?" and "Paddock to Plate" investigations to complex agricultural explorations of "Sustainable Farming" for Science, SOSE and Mathematics subjects.

Other activities such as "Historical Tales" can be used as scaffolding for Art, English and History explorations.

Our activities incorporate the Essential Learning components of the Qld Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Framework. Workbooks and detailed activity sheets are available to complement the activities.

We guarantee you will meet REAL FARMERS on REAL DAIRY FARMS!

Dairy Farm School is brought to you through a collaboration between two Lost World Valley businesses - Tommerup's Dairy Farm Tours and Crebra Farmhouse.
